Free to play

All games on Mentogames are free to play in your browser for personal, non-commercial use. There are no accounts, purchases or subscriptions.

Original work

Every game, its code, artwork, sound and name on this site was created for Mentogames. They are protected by copyright. You may not copy, re-host, resell or redistribute the games or their assets without written permission. Linking to any page on the site is welcome, and so is embedding a game the way described below.

If you believe something on the site infringes your rights, tell us through the site’s owner and we will look into it promptly and remove it if the claim is valid.

Embedding and framing

You may put any game on your own site, free, using the embed code from its page or from Free games for your website. That code loads the game from Mentogames in a frame and carries a one-line credit linking back here; keep the credit, and do not change what the frame shows. You may have your own adverts on your page around it.

The embed code is the only way in: other Mentogames pages refuse to load in another site’s frame. Do not copy the game files to your own server, put a game behind a paywall or a sign-up, or present it as your own. We may stop a site from embedding the games if it breaks these terms.

Fair use of the site

• Don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its server.
• Don’t scrape the site automatically or send fake traffic.
• Don’t use the site for anything unlawful.

Play safely

Some games use flashing lights, fast motion or vibration. Take breaks, and stop playing if you feel unwell. Tilt steering is meant to be used sitting or standing still — never while walking, cycling or driving.

Who these games are for

The games are suitable for all ages. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy and no chat or user content, so a child can play without creating an account or handing over any detail about themselves. If you are a parent, the settings that matter — vibration, sound, tilt steering and statistics — are all switchable and explained on the FAQ and Cookies & storage pages.

The site may change

Games, levels and features are added and adjusted as the site grows, and a game may be changed or withdrawn. We do not promise the site will always be available or that your saves will survive a change of browser or device — they live in your browser, not on a server.

No warranty

The site and games are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Saves are kept in your browser and can be lost if you clear site data or switch devices. To the extent the law allows, Mentogames is not liable for any loss arising from using the site.

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in. If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
