October 2026
- New game
New: Bladespin
2 OctTap to throw a blade into a turning log, and never hit one that is already in. Clear the stage and the log bursts apart; later logs wobble, stop and spin back, apples on the rim are worth a bonus, and every fifth stage is a boss log that lurches in fits and starts.
Play Bladespin โ - New game
New: Bowclash
2 OctAn archery duel across two hills. Drag back like a bowstring and let go โ the arrow flies in a real arc and the wind pushes it โ then watch your rival's arrow come for you. Head shots hurt most, time slows as an arrow closes in, and every duel you win brings a sharper rival, further off, in a stronger wind.
Play Bowclash โ - New game
New: Ironwake
2 OctNaval combat from above, made for two thumbs. Slide your gunship along the bottom of the screen and tap the sea to fire โ shells arc over and land a moment later, so lead every moving ship. Dodge the red rings where their shells will fall and the white wakes of torpedoes, sink destroyers, submarines and gunboats, and every fifth wave knock out a flagship's turrets one by one.
Play Ironwake โ - New game
New: Crowdsurge
2 OctStart as one runner and turn it into hundreds. Steer your crowd through the gates โ blue ones add and multiply, red ones take away and divide โ dodge the saws and walls, beat rival crowds one for one, and storm the giant at the end with more runners than its strength. Whoever is left climbs the steps for a coin multiplier, and your level is kept for next time.
Play Crowdsurge โ - New game
New: Shatterline
2 OctA neon brick breaker made for a phone held upright. Slide your finger anywhere and the paddle follows; tap to launch. Aim with the edge of the paddle, set off red blast bricks to clear whole patches, melt steel with a fireball, and chain bricks without touching the paddle for up to eight times the points. Every level is a new shape, and broken bricks drop multi-ball, lasers, a wide paddle and more.
Play Shatterline โ - New game
New: Voltwing
2 OctA vertical space shooter built for a phone held upright. Drag anywhere and your fighter follows โ your finger never covers it โ while its guns fire on their own. Thread waves of darts, divers, gunships and spinners through gaps you would not believe fit, since only the small red core can be hit. Every cleared wave drops a power core for wider guns, and every sixth wave a carrier comes with patterns of its own.
Play Voltwing โ - New game
New: Riftcut
2 OctA new arcade game played with one finger and no buttons at all. Tap anywhere and you dash there in a straight line, cutting every foe on the way; hold your finger down and time slows while you aim the next strike. Every cut gives you a dash back, so the way to survive is to keep cutting โ around shields that turn the blade, through shots that cannot touch you mid-dash, and into yellow foes that blow up and take the crowd with them.
Play Riftcut โ - Controls
Fewer buttons in three more games
2 OctGetCityCrazy drives the same way as the racing games now: hold the stick to go, drag to steer, pull back to brake or reverse, with just two big buttons on the right โ DRIFT and OUT. In Traffic Escape the arrows are gone from a phone, because a tap on either side of the road already changes lane; the one button left is a big โก for turbo. And Canyon Glide moves its climb, dive and boost buttons under the board, as wide pads, so nothing covers the canyon.
- Controls
Drive with one thumb
2 OctYou told us juggling the stick, the gas, the brake and the drift button at once was tiring, so on a phone the driving games now drive with one thumb. Hold the stick to go, drag to steer and pull back to brake; the other thumb gets one big button for what makes the game fun โ DRIFT in Drift Master, NITRO in Hill Climb, DRIFT and NITRO in Mento Nightline, where the gas is now automatic. Apex Run and Cargo Run need nothing else at all. In Parking Master and Night Valet the same stick is forward and reverse: push up to drive, pull back to reverse, let go to stop. The stick now works anywhere in the controls area, not only on its left half, and the control labels speak your language.
- Site
Collections and help, in every language
2 OctThe hand-picked collections โ driving games, calm games, high score games, quick games and the rest โ and the help page now come in all eight languages, and the collection shelves are back on the home page whatever language you read it in. The help page also catches up with the thumb stick and the new languages.
- Site
Now in French, German, Italian and Indonesian too
2 OctMentogames now speaks eight languages. Every game's description, tips, rules and controls, every category page and the whole site around them are now also in Franรงais, Deutsch, Italiano and Bahasa Indonesia, alongside English, Tรผrkรงe, Espaรฑol and Portuguรชs. Pick yours from the ๐ menu at the top; English stays exactly where it was.
- New game
New: Swarmlight
2 OctA new arcade game built for your phone first. You are a small light in a dark arena and the swarm walks in from every wall โ but you never aim. Your light fires by itself; all you do is move, and dash straight through them when they close in. Every few shards you pick a power, so each run turns into its own build: a fan of bolts, bolts that pierce a whole line, sparks that circle you, a burst at the end of every dash. On a phone the stick and the dash button sit under the board, so the whole arena stays in view.
Play Swarmlight โ - Site
Game pages fit your phone again
2 OctOn a phone every game page was a little wider than the screen, so it slid sideways under your thumb while you played. The row of buttons under the game now wraps instead, and pages sit still. World Tiles keeps its puzzle sizes in one scrolling row so they no longer cover the bottom of the board, and Night Valet moves its pedals to the right when you steer with the stick, so each thumb has one job.
- Controls
Your finger first, tilt if you want it
2 OctNine games started on a phone by steering with the phone's own tilt, and it fought the touch controls: in Steady Aim and Prism Pop dragging to aim did nothing while tilt was on, and in Coreguard, Wreck Arena and Marble Maze the ship or ball drifted whenever your finger lifted. They now start on touch โ drag to aim, drag to fly, drag to roll โ and tilt is one tap away (the ๐ Touch button). Traffic Escape also lets you tap either side of the road to change lane, so the whole screen is the button.
- Controls
Driving on a phone: a thumb stick, and the whole track in view
2 OctYou told us the steering arrows were fiddly and that tilting made the car wander, so the driving games now steer with a thumb stick: put your thumb down anywhere on the left half and drag, and the stick appears right under it. Tilt and the old arrows are still one tap away. Drift Master, Apex Run, Cargo Run and Hill Climb also stop laying their buttons over the track on a phone held upright โ the controls get their own strip under the board, so you can see the whole circuit and the pedals are bigger. Parking Master, Night Valet and Mento Nightline get the stick too, with every pedal under your right thumb.
- Site
Mentogames now speaks Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese
1 OctEvery game page, category and the home page now have their own Turkish, Spanish and Portuguese versions โ the descriptions, how-to-play, rules and tips, the menus and buttons, all of it โ at /tr, /es and /pt. English stays exactly where it was. Pick a language from the ๐ menu in the header or the footer, and search engines will send people to the version in their own language. The games themselves are the same games; Word Vault still uses English words.
- Site
Put our games on your own site
1 OctEvery game page now has an Embed button: pick a size, copy one line of code, paste it into your blog, school site or forum, and the game plays right there โ free, no sign-up, no ads. The only thing we ask is that you keep the small credit line under it. All the games and their codes are in one place on the new Free games for your website page.
September 2026
- Update
The patrol can be put in the kerb
30 SeptHarbor Patrol cruisers used to be ghosts: you slid off them like soap, and a cruiser you shot twice simply vanished. Now they are cars. Hit one and it reels โ its lights and wheel go dead for a second or two and it slides where the hit sent it. Clip a rear quarter and the tail swings round; hit it square and it just stops. Every hit folds its panels, and enough of them leave it burning in the road, dark and solid, where it stays until you are well out of sight. Taking one down costs you a star, but the next cruiser needs about seven seconds to roll out โ that is your window. Head-on at 110 km/h finishes one outright; at 40 it takes three hits, and every one of them dents your car too.

The traffic can see you
26 SeptHarbor Loop's drivers used to look straight through you: you could park across a lane and they would drive into you at full speed, wheels not even turning. Now they queue behind you with their brake lights on, they lean on the horn if you sit there, and the moment a siren is out they slow to a crawl and edge over to the kerb โ which clears the middle of the road for you, and for whoever is chasing you. Their wheels turn, their front wheels steer into the corners, and they lean on the same springs your car does.
Play GetCityCrazy โ - Update
Harbor Loop welded together
26 SeptThe city was built the way a city is easiest to write โ a separate object for every kerb, lane dash, tree and bench, twelve hundred of them, and a material of its own for every facade. None of it ever moves, so now it is welded: one mesh per material per tile, and the whole skyline shares a single material with the window pattern in its texture coordinates and its colour in its vertices. The city went from 1214 objects to 226 and a frame from 733 draw calls to 376. Phones feel this most, because mobile hardware runs out of draw calls long before it runs out of triangles. The sun's shadow now covers what is on screen instead of half the district, which made it sharper at the same time.
Play GetCityCrazy โ - Update
The cars have springs now
26 SeptUntil today every car in Harbor Loop was a brick: the same attitude parked, braking from 130 or halfway through a handbrake turn. Now the body sits on a spring of its own while the wheels stay on the road โ it rolls out of a corner, dives on the brakes, squats under power and rocks for a moment before it settles. A crash punches the nose down and it comes back up on its own. The patrol cars lean into their corners too, which is worth a look in the mirror.
Play GetCityCrazy โ - Update
Cars keep their dents
26 SeptHit something and the car folds where it landed: the panel caves in, the metal crumples around it, and it stays that way until a respray. The car you hit bends too, on the side you came from. The glass goes white once a car is half dead and the headlights stop working when the nose is finished, so you can read how close a car is to going up without looking at the health bar. A car only stops sharing its body the moment it is actually hit, so a street of clean traffic still costs the same to draw as before.
Play GetCityCrazy โ - Update
Vans and pickups on the streets of Harbor Loop
26 SeptTwo new bodies join the traffic, and you can steal either. The van is tall, slow and hard to stop, with a sliding-door rail, a roof vent and windows in its back doors โ it shoves anything out of the way and then keeps going, which is the problem. The pickup has an open bed with proper walls, a roll bar behind the cab and the torque to spin its tail up under power. Six shapes now share the street, each with its own handling, and they cost the city nothing extra to draw because cars of a shape share one baked body.
Play GetCityCrazy โ - Update
Every car in Harbor Loop got the full treatment
25 SeptMirrors, arches, side skirts, chrome beltlines, door handles, fog lamps, a grille bar, reverse lamps, a diffuser and brake discs behind the spokes โ and not only on the car you are driving. Traffic used to be built plain to keep the city affordable; now that cars of the same shape share one baked body, the twentieth car costs what the first one did, so every one of them is finished. Each shape got its own signature too: a spoiler and twin pipes on the coupe, a boot lip on the sedan, a roof spoiler and aerial on the hatch, roof rails and a push bar on the SUV. Police cars now wear white doors and a push bar under the light bar.

GetCityCrazy on a phone now plays like a driving game
25 SeptThe old pad had five small buttons crowded into one corner and a wheel you had to find. Now the left half of the screen is the wheel: put your thumb down anywhere on it and drag, and a stick appears under your thumb. The right thumb gets a big throttle, a brake beside it, the handbrake above, and a single action button that keeps its place whether it says GET IN, OUT or FIRE. Tilt steering is still there for anyone who prefers it.
Play GetCityCrazy โ - Update
GetCityCrazy: the traffic got a lot cheaper to draw
25 SeptEvery car in Harbor Loop used to be built from scratch โ its own body, its own wheels, its own paint โ which left the city drawing about fifty separate pieces per car. Cars of the same shape now share one baked body and one set of wheels, so the same street costs a tenth of the meshes and a fraction of the memory. That headroom went straight back into the cars: door shut lines down the flanks and proper housings around the headlamps, and the phones that struggled with a busy junction have room to breathe.

Apex Run gets two more circuits
25 SeptThe figure of eight now has company. Harbor Sweep is long and fast with a kink halfway down each straight; Stonecut joins two hairpins with two sweepers and punishes a late brake. Pick one on the start screen with Q and E or by tapping the arrows โ each circuit keeps its own best lap and its own ghost, so your fastest run races you on the track you set it on.

Backfire: the perfect parry, and a read on what is coming
25 SeptCatch a bolt on the middle of the shield rather than its edge and it is a perfect parry โ double points, and a wave that turns back everything else closing in. That is now the answer when two shots arrive from opposite sides. Every inbound shot is also marked with a tick on the ring around the shield that grows as it gets closer, so a crowded wave can be read at a glance instead of hunted for.
Play Backfire โ - New game
Backfire โ the only weapon is their own shot
25 SeptA new arcade game with one control. You are a core ringed by turrets, holding a single shield on a pivot: point it at an incoming bolt and the bolt goes back twice as fast and takes the turret out. The shield swings with weight, so two shots from opposite sides mean choosing one. Purple bolts only turn on the bright centre, yellow ones come back as a pair, and three hits on the core end it.
Play Backfire โ - Update
Canyon Glide pays you for flying close
25 SeptSkim a spire tip or shave the canyon wall and your multiplier climbs โ and it multiplies every metre, so a nervous run down the middle of the gap is now worth a fraction of a brave one. Thermals feed the multiplier too. Deeper into the canyon, slabs let go of the ceiling and tumble across your line: they puff dust before they drop, so you get to choose whether to beat them across or wait.
Play Canyon Glide โ - Update
Emberline's shaft now fights back
25 SeptThree things arrive as the climb goes on. Pale cracked ledges hold for about a second and then give way, dropping you onto a bare wall you slide down fast until you jump off it. Columns of hot air lift you while you cross them, so a jump aimed through one climbs much higher. And the saws that were already up there now share the shaft with both โ while the fire keeps coming.
Play Emberline โ - New game
Emberline โ climb the shaft before the fire does
25 SeptA new one-button climber, and the first game on the site built for a phone held upright. Hold to wind up a jump and let go: every leap crosses to the other wall, a full wind-up climbs three times as far as a tap, and hanging on costs you height. Red walls are spikes, saws cross the shaft higher up, and the fire below never stops rising โ the embers you grab are the only thing that pushes it back.
Play Emberline โ - Update
Roofline now rewards style, not just survival
24 SeptIn the air the slide button is a roll. Land the flip and your multiplier climbs; land halfway through it and you stumble and lose it. Coins keep the multiplier ticking, and it multiplies the distance you score โ so a clean, flashy run is worth several times a careful one. Green launch vents throw you into arcs of coins you cannot reach on foot, and the gaps widen the further you get.
Play Roofline โ - New game
Hookline โ swing over a city going under
24 SeptA new one-button arcade game. Hold to throw a grapple at the next mast, crane or balloon, swing through the arc and let go at the top to fly on. The rope winds in while you hold it, so hooking late is how you gain height โ and the flood below never stops rising. Rings pay out and shove you upward, blades end runs, and distance is the score.
Play Hookline โ - Update
Coreguard runs can go three new ways
24 SeptThree upgrades that change how a run plays, not just how hard it hits: an escort drone that circles you and fires on its own, arc coupling that makes every hit jump to a second enemy, and an overcharged pulse that reaches further and welds the core as it fires. From wave 7 part of the swarm turns up plated โ two bullets bounce off before it feels anything, and the pulse is what strips it. Kills in quick succession now build a streak worth up to double.
Play Coreguard โ - Update
The police now care how you drive in Traffic Escape
24 SeptNear misses and turbo build heat, and when the bar fills a cruiser comes up through the traffic behind you โ lights on, weaving between lorries. It pulls alongside and starts pulling you over: burn turbo to push it back, swerve to the far lane while it crosses, or lead it into traffic and watch it go. Survive one and you bank an escape bonus; get held for three seconds and the run ends BUSTED instead of crashed. Two cruisers after a minute and a half.
Play Traffic Escape โ - New game
Coreguard โ hold the last core
24 SeptA new arcade defence game, and the first in a new Arcade Action category. Fly a drone around one power core while waves of crawlers, darters, splitters and brutes close in; your gun fires itself, so you play by where you fly. Every fifth wave brings a Breaker that spawns more while it lives. Survive a wave, pick one of three upgrades, and see how far the run goes.
Play Coreguard โ - Site
The promises in the privacy policy are now enforced by your browser
23 SeptThe site never used your camera, microphone or location โ now every page tells your browser to refuse them outright, so nothing here can even ask. Motion sensors stay allowed for tilt steering. Other websites can also no longer load the games inside their own pages.
- Update
Crates and wreckers in Wreck Arena
23 SeptCrates now drop into the arena mid-fight โ repairs, a full nitro tank, or a ram that hits twice as hard for a few seconds. And every fifth wave brings a wrecker: one huge car that barely moves when you hit it and throws you across the floor when it hits you.
Play Wreck Arena โ - Site
Three more games explain themselves
23 SeptSweet Match, World Tiles and Putt Park now have a short โhow it worksโ on their pages โ what the special sweets do, why a sliding puzzle scrambled this way is always solvable, and what the sand, water and ice do to your ball.
- New game
Steady Aim
23 SeptTarget archery where the wind decides everything. Hold to draw, tilt or drag to set the angle, and let go โ the flag tells you how much the crosswind will lift or drop the arrow. Six arrows an end, and the target keeps moving back.
Play Steady Aim โ - Site
Download your data
22 SeptThe Cookies & storage page can now save everything this site keeps in your browser as a file โ scores, saves and settings, with what each one is for. Seeing it and deleting it were already there; now you can take a copy too.
- Controls
Steadier tilt steering
22 SeptTilt steering now smooths the phone's motion sensor adaptively: held still, the steering stays dead straight with half the wobble it had before, and a real turn still comes through at once. It also feels the same on every phone, fast or slow.
- Site
The rules, written out
21 SeptNine games now explain themselves properly on their page โ Reversi, Sudoku, Minefield, Klondike, Merge Numbers, Tide Pipes, Prism Pop, Marble Maze and Word Vault get a short โhow it worksโ above the tips, covering the rules and the habits that actually help.
- Site
Your record, on the game page
21 SeptOpen a game you have played before and your own best is right there under the title โ metres, points, a best lap or levels cleared, depending on the game. It is read from your browser and shows nothing on a device where you have not played yet.
- Controls
Easier to hit on a phone
21 SeptSmall controls that were easy to miss with a thumb now have a proper touch target: the sound buttons in CityMento, Wrunner and Style Challenge, the fabric swatches, the paint colours in Nightline, and the buttons and grid-size slider in World Tiles.
- Site
A guide to the controls
21 SeptOne page explains the keyboard shortcuts, the touch gestures, how tilt steering is calibrated and how sensitive it is, and what the vibration, sound and fullscreen buttons do โ plus every game you can tilt.
- Update
Tide Pipes shows you the target
21 SeptEvery berth now has a par: the number of turns the route was laid out with. The header counts your turns against it, each berth remembers your best, and finishing on par earns a โPerfect route!โ.

- New game

20 SeptSearch now ranks titles first and also finds categories, arrow keys walk the results and Enter opens the highlighted one, and a search with no matches says so instead of showing nothing.
