Tide Pipes
Night shift on the tide wall. Every berth is a mess of steel elbows and crossings - tap a pipe to turn it until the pump reaches the dock. Boards are always solvable. Fewer turns pay more, and the next watch is denser.

How Tide Pipes works
Water enters from the pump on the left and has to reach the dock on the right. Every tile is a length of pipe — a straight, an elbow, a tee — and tapping one turns it a quarter turn. Nothing is ever missing: the route is always there, just scrambled.
Follow the water rather than the whole board. Start at the pump, set the first pipe so it points where you want to go, and work along the line you are building; the crossings and spurs that lead nowhere can stay crooked, they cost you nothing.
Each berth shows a par — the number of turns the route was laid out with. Matching it means you found the intended path rather than a wandering one, and every berth remembers your own fewest turns.
Tips for Tide Pipes
- Par is the number of turns the route was built with, so matching it means you found the intended path — not just any path.
- Start from the pump and work outward. Each correct pipe narrows the options for the next.
- Every board is solvable, and fewer turns pay more, so think before you tap.
- Four-way crossings connect every side and never need turning. Build your route around them.
